1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or creating an account on CloudLink Systems ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our software or network routing services.
2. Description of Cloud Services
CloudLink provides an enterprise marketing infrastructure suite consisting of:
- Sub-millisecond smart URL forwarding and dynamic edge traffic distribution.
- Vector & Raster QR Code Studio generation and brand customization.
- Digital creative asset metadata inspection and AI provenance header sanitization.
- Real-time telemetry, click-fraud detection, and country geolocation analytics.
3. Strict Acceptable Use & Zero-Tolerance Rules
You agree that you will NOT use CloudLink's services to transmit, host, route, or facilitate:
The following activities result in immediate account termination without refund:
- Phishing, credential harvesting, counterfeit bank/financial interfaces, or social engineering scams.
- Malware, spyware, ransomware, keyloggers, or unauthorized payload downloads.
- Non-consensual sexual content, adult exploitation, or illegal materials under federal and international law.
- Spamming, automated unsolicited SMS/email blasts, or deceptive misleading advertisements.
4. User Responsibility & Indemnification
You are solely responsible for the content, destinations, and advertising practices linked through your custom URLs and QR codes. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CloudLink Systems, its officers, directors, and edge infrastructure providers from any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of applicable laws.
5. Automated Threat Quarantine & Termination
CloudLink reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to inspect, suspend, de-index, or terminate any routing slug, custom domain, or customer account that triggers global threat heuristics (such as Google Safe Browsing, Spamhaus, or PhishTank feeds) or receives verified abuse reports.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CloudLink Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or ad network account closures) resulting from network latency, carrier filtering, or third-party ad network policies.
